The program
Next Up text alerts come from Next Up, a walk-in waitlist service for barber shops. Barber shops use Next Up to run their line. When you join a shop's line and check the text-alert box, we text you about that visit only: a confirmation when you join, a heads-up when you're next, when it's your turn, and if your spot is released. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
How often
Up to 4 messages per visit. Texts stop when your visit ends. Joining a line again later is a new, separate opt-in.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Next Up does not charge customers for texts.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any text to stop all messages. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help. You can also email Nextup@Jreamjaeana.com.
Texts are optional. You can join any line without giving a phone number.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your ticket page open as a backup; it updates on its own.
Privacy
See our privacy policy. Your mobile number is never sold or shared with anyone for marketing.
