How Next Up text alerts work

Barber shops put a Next Up QR code at their door. A customer scans it, picks a service, and gets a ticket number. Giving a phone number is optional. Customers who want texts enter their mobile number and check an unchecked consent box. Leaving the box unchecked still lets them join the line, just without texts.

What we send

Only updates about the visit the customer just joined for: up to 4 messages per visit. No marketing, ever. Every text names the shop and Next Up and says how to opt out.
