Barbers and shop owners

• Forgot your password? Barbers: ask your shop owner for a reset link. Owners: email us and we'll help you get back in.
• Not getting alerts on your iPhone? Open the iPhone Settings app, tap Notifications, then Next Up, and turn on Allow Notifications.
• Joining a shop? Ask your shop owner for an invite link.
• Deleting your account: go to Profile, then Delete my account.

Customers

• You don't need an app or an account. Scan the QR code at the shop to get in line.
• Keep your ticket page open. It updates on its own, even if a text is late.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop them. If you stopped texts before and want them again, text START to the same number.
