Staff and owners

Forgot your password? On the Log in page, tap Forgot your password? and enter your account email. We'll email you a link to set a new one. Staff can also ask the owner for a reset link.
Not getting alerts on your iPhone or iPad? Open the Settings app, tap Notifications, then Next Up, and turn on Allow Notifications.
Joining a team? Ask the owner for an invite link.
Deleting your account: go to Profile, then Delete my account.

Report a photo or profile

Businesses post their own work photos and staff profiles, and owners can take down anything posted at their business. If you see something offensive, or something that isn't theirs to post, email us about https://nextup.jreamjaeana.com/s/beta-test-0c49 and what's wrong with it. We review every report and remove anything that breaks our Terms of Service, along with the account that posted it if needed.

Customers

You don't need an app or an account. Scan the QR code at the shop to get in line.
Keep your ticket page open. It updates on its own, even if a text is late.
Reply STOP to any text to stop them. If you stopped texts before and want them again, text START to the same number.
