NEXTUP
Barbershop rewards card

A rewards card for your barbershop, without the punch cards

Paper punch cards get lost, copied, and forgotten. Next Up's rewards card counts each finished visit on the customer's phone, and your barbers see when someone has earned their reward.

How it works

1. Pick the reward

In Settings, choose how many visits earn it (say, 10) and what it is (say, a free cut).

2. Visits count by themselves

When a customer gets in line from their phone and your barber finishes their cut, the visit counts. Their ticket shows how many more they need.

3. Your barber sees the reward

When a customer with an earned reward is in the chair, the Shop floor shows 🎁 next to their name. Tap Use reward, and it's marked used.

Why it works

Regulars come back to you

Customers who are close to a free cut pick your shop over the one with no wait down the street.

Customers see it every visit

Your shop's page shows the reward, and the customer's own ticket shows their progress, so they don't forget it.

You see what it does

Your weekly numbers show how many visits were counted on rewards cards and how many rewards were given.
Pricing

$29 a month per barber (minimum 2), or $39 a month for a solo barber. No sign-up fee. Free for 30 days with no card needed, and you can cancel anytime from your Billing page.

Questions

Do customers have to sign up?

No. The card is kept on the phone they use to get in line at your shop. There's no account, email, or app.

Can customers cheat it?

A visit only counts once your barber finishes the cut, and each finished cut counts once, so joining the line without getting a cut doesn't add anything.

What if a customer gets a new phone or clears their browser?

Their card starts over on the new phone or browser. Customers your front desk adds by hand don't get a card, since the card lives on the customer's own phone.

What can the reward be?

Anything you want to give: a free cut, $10 off, a free beard trim. You choose how many visits it takes, from 3 to 20.

Does it cost extra?

No. It's included in the Barber shop and Solo plans.
